The Monday Morning Mentor series will be available over the spring semester to bring you professional development in twenty minute snippets. Update on Upcoming Maintenance for Blackboard Collaborate Ultra
Blackboard has moved the maintenance window for the Collaborate Ultra v21.02 update to Thursday, February 25. On Thursday, February 25th between from 2:00 AM EST to 6:00 AM EST, Collaborate Ultra users will experience intermittent availability.

  • 2021 Teaching, Learning, and Student Development Conference. The 2021 Teaching, Learning, and Student Development Conference Committee invites proposals for virtual presentations for the 2021 TLSD Conference which will be hosted by Quinsigamond Community College on April 9, 2021. Tools for the New Normal: Innovations in Access, Equity, and Student Success is the theme of the 2021 event. All Massachusetts Community College faculty and staff are encouraged to share their knowledge and expertise in those areas. All workshops will be 30 minutes in length, followed by a Question-and-Answer period of 15 minutes. We celebrate the opportunity to encourage participants to readily adapt technology-based tools and innovative practices needed to ensure quality access, equity, and student success in the new normal. "The editorial board of the Teaching Online Pedagogical Repository (TOPR) is pleased to announce a call for submissions for new TOPR entries from now until March 15, 2021. This resource is a go-to destination for faculty and designers. Last year, over 130,000 users visited TOPR in search of ideas for online and blended teaching strategies. Each peer-reviewed entry is highly focused on one teaching practice with a solid description, concrete example(s), relevant professional practice or research literature, and key words connecting to other practices. Please consider submitting an entry using the submission form at: https://topr.online.ucf.edu/."
